Happy 4th of July everybody!!! (sorry this is late in coming  )
It has truly been a blessing to have my Daddy home for the 4th. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate then to welcome my Daddy home from Iraq. I just thank God every minute for keeping my Dad safe and protected everyday he was away. Thank you everyone that prayed for him....it was a true test of my faith to rely fully on God and prayer to bring my Dad back home.
Well....summer is finally here....and it feels sooooooooooo good to not have to worry about course readings or upcoming essays. I forgot how much I enjoy reading when there isnt a quiz or midterm lurking in the background. Lately, I've just been hanging w/ my family and working (still at Nordstroms....sigh) and doing fun stuff with friends. Mostly, I'm just thankful to be at a place in my life that I'm finding happiness in the things I do and the people in my life. I couldn't have asked for a more supportive and trusting group of friends that are always there for me whenever I need them.

Recently I've realized something I never truly believed until now. In life, God will give you the things you need when HE knows that you are ready to have them. He knows you better than anybody else in the entire universe....and He knows what is best for you. Walk with Him....and your life will truly be blessed in a way that you couldn't even imagine.
